Terms of Use and End User License Agreement – OneNet Revere Mobile

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the OneNet Revere Mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “You”) and Plott Labs, LLC (“Developer,” “We,” “Us”). It governs your use of the App, including any updates, bug fixes, or supplemental services provided.

2. Authorized Use & Eligibility

The App is designed exclusively for authorized users of participating public safety agencies and related organizations. Access is granted via a QR code or agency-issued credentials, and unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

You represent and warrant that:

• • You are an active employee, contractor, or authorized representative of a registered agency.
  • You will not share, copy, or distribute access credentials, QR codes, or confidential agency information.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies when using the App.

3. License Grant

Plott Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for official agency purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App.
• Bypass authentication, access data without authorization, or use the App for non-official purposes.
• Resell, lease, or sublicense the App or any related data.

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Plott Labs, LLC.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

The App collects and processes limited data necessary for operation, including:

• Authentication details (username, agency ID)
• Device and connection metadata (OS version, IP, battery, status)
• Incident-related operational data as provided by your agency

All data handling complies with applicable agency privacy agreements, CJIS/FedRAMP/FIPS standards (where applicable), and U.S. data protection laws.

Plott Labs does not sell or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties without authorization.

5. Security & Confidentiality

The App includes multiple layers of protection such as encrypted communications (TLS/mTLS), secure session handling, and role-based access controls. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring device security.

Unauthorized access, tampering, or data extraction may violate federal or state computer security laws and can result in disciplinary or criminal action.

6. Updates & Modifications

Plott Labs may release periodic updates or enhancements. By continuing to use the App after updates are released, you agree to the modified terms and functionality.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Plott Labs does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Operational accuracy, data timeliness, and reliability depend on external systems (network, servers, agency data sources) beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plott Labs, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, or operational downtime;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access or use;
• Incidents arising from third-party integrations, mapping tools, or connectivity failures.

Your agency assumes full responsibility for field decisions or responses made using the App.

9. Termination

This license and your access to the App automatically terminate if you:

• Violate these terms or your agency’s usage policy;
• Leave or are no longer affiliated with the authorized agency; or
• Attempt to modify or misuse the App.

Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all use.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alexandria, Virginia.

12. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Plott Labs, LLC regarding the use of OneNet Revere Mobile and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
