What Location Data We CollectWhen location permission is granted, we may collect:

Precise real-time device location (GPS coordinates)
Timestamped location updates
Device movement and route information during active response sessions

When Location Data Is CollectedLocation data is collected only under the following conditions:

When a user grants location permission during onboarding or when prompted
When a user views the map or actively uses location-based features
During an active response session (for example, when a user accepts an incident or responds to a station or scene)

During an active response session, precise location data may be collected continuously, including when the app is running in the background.

Background Location UseWhen a user has initiated an emergency response session, OneNet Revere may continue to collect location data while the app is running in the background.A persistent system notification is displayed whenever background location tracking is active.Background location tracking stops when the response session ends.

How We Use Location DataLocation data is used exclusively to:

Display the user’s real-time position on operational maps
Share live location with authorized dispatch personnel and agency administrators
Enable real-time coordination during emergency response
Support situational awareness and responder safety
Maintain operational records where required

Data Transmission and Storage

Location data is:

Securely transmitted to OneNet Revere servers using encrypted communication
Accessible only to authorized agency personnel
Stored only for operational, administrative, or legal purposes as required
Not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes

User Control and ConsentLocation data is collected only after the user grants explicit permission through the device operating system.Users may revoke location permissions at any time through device settings.If location permission is denied or revoked, certain core emergency response features may not function properly.

No Unauthorized TrackingOneNet Revere does not track user location without consent.Location tracking occurs only when the user has granted permission and is actively using emergency response features.

Use of Your Personal Data

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
